Gratitude Stream ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username and a securely hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text.
Gratitude Entries: We store the gratitude entries you create, including text content, dates, and any themes or categories associated with them.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.
We use your information to:
OpenAI: We use OpenAI's services to generate AI summaries and artwork. Your gratitude themes may be processed by OpenAI to create personalized content. We do not share your account's personal identifiers (like your username) with OpenAI. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to this processing.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes subscription data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Apple App Store: Subscription payments are processed through Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure authentication to protect your information. Your password is hashed using SHA-256 encryption and is never stored in plain text.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (including gratitude entries and account information) at any time through the Settings menu within the app. Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting us at WindsorCreativeLabs@gmail.com.
Note: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription through Apple. You must manage your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the effective date.

By downloading or using Gratitude Stream (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.
The App is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The App offers an optional Gratitude Stream Unlimited subscription for $1.99 per month or $21.49 per year, billed via Apple In-App Purchase and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current term ends; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings, as we cannot cancel for you and do not issue refunds for partial periods.
Use the App only for personal journaling and mindfulness. Do not interfere with security, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Gratitude Stream is a private journaling app. However, you may not use the App to store or create content that is illegal, violent, or otherwise violates Apple's Safety Guidelines. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such material. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove any data that violates these legal standards.
We own all rights in the App, including the software, design, logos, and other materials. You retain ownership of your journal entries but grant us a limited license to process and store them so we can provide the App.
The App uses OpenAI and other providers to generate summaries and artwork from your prompts, which may be inaccurate or incomplete. By using these features you consent to transmitting prompts to those providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the App. You may delete your account in Settings, which removes your journal data but does not cancel App Store subscriptions.
